Are you licensed?

Yes, our brokers are licensed North Carolina real estate agents.

Can I reach you after hours?

We check emergency messages on our main line. Should you require immediate assistance you may also text your property manager.

Can you put the money directly into my account?

Yes, your owner portal is accessible 24/7.

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

Olive Property Management will sign the lease on your behalf after confirming lease terms with you.

Do you sell real estate too?

How is rent collection handled?

Tenants rent is due on the first, late on the fifth. This is when a late fee is charged. Once funds clear we begin the disbursement process. Typically you will receive your funds by 15th of the month.

How long of a lease do you sign?

We recommend anything that works for you and your occupants. Typically 12 months leases are standard.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

Legally, a landlord can collect up to two times the monthly rent. We usually collect one month's rent, dependent upon the renter's credit and background check results.

How soon can you start managing my property?

We need about a week, for photos and processing of all paperwork to get started.

What type of properties do you manage?

We manage single family homes, duplexes, and other multifamily units.

What type of reports do I get and how often?

ou will receive a monthly report with your rent proceeds.

Who holds the tenant security deposit?

The security deposit is held by the firm at First Citizen's Bank.
